Coach Statement:
My approach to coaching centers on achieving genuine, sustainable results that add value to my client's professional and personal life experiences. Using a whole systems approach, I help clients gain deeper awareness about their ways of working & thinking, specifically focusing on how their ways of working impact their effectiveness in achieving desired business and personal results.
Having traveled and worked internationally, I bring a global, holistic, and adaptive style to my coaching practice. I have worked with individuals ranging in personality, experience, and interests - from senior executives, artists, entrepreneurs, professors, managers, line staff, and students.
Described by many as intuitive, personable, creative, insightful, authentic, strategic, and analytical, I have a strong ability to isolate key issues and synthesize information. I work from the belief that elements of the answers people seek lie within themselves. I support clients in achieving manageable and sustainable results by helping them to create space to locate their own answers. As a result, clients are more effective in their work - i.e. they are better managers, less stressed, more confident, have increased clarity, focus, and awareness.
In summary - my coaching strategy makes it easier for executives to visualize and focus on both themselves and the business environment - and how both affect the coach's overall personal and professional coaching goals.
